Why doesn't LACP work on Windows server 2012?
There is a server with Windows server 2012.
Combined network cards, put "Group support mode" in LACP. (Through the server view manager "network card aggregation")
On the Dlink DGS-1500-20 switch, I made the aggregation of the first four ports in LACP mode. Active mode with 90s timeout. - All Windows ports say "negotiation protocol error".
I set the Active mode with Short (5s) on the switch - the same thing.
I put the switch in a passive with different timeouts - one fig, windows does not see it.
And now attention. For fun, I put static group support in windows. And on a switch put LACP Passive 90c - all ports started to work.
What's wrong with Windows?

Didn't you think "what's wrong with D-Link"?
I have a lot of hosts running on 2012 and 2012 R2 with LACP timing paired with Cisco network equipment (4500 series). Everything works fine, ports are consistent within a few seconds. Maybe D-Link's LACP is implemented incorrectly?
