Why doesn't joomla see memcached?

Introductory: joomla 3.6, jino hosting, php 7, phpinfo has memcache, cache is enabled in the system.
Memcache is not visible in the cache settings, if you include it in config, that is an error. (The memcached Cache Storage is not supported on this platform)

You were also told that the engine of your site does not support memcache.
