Is dropdown list for "City" and "Region" field in JomSocial registration possible?

Worth: Joomla 3.21 + JomSocial 4.7.7
In the registration there is a "place": -Country -City -Region
There is a drop-down list for the "Country", they say, when entering, to select, not to type. Is it possible to somehow do the same for "City" and "Region"? VirtualMart has it. Can it somehow be combined?
