What storage do you use for backups?

I understand that you need to make backups as often as possible and it is desirable to duplicate data in different places.
I want to do it automatically, that is, right at the time the script is triggered by backups (not manually).
Not separate 3 servers to raise for the sake of storing 5-7 json files for MongoDB and folders with photos.

I use my server from an old laptop on which nextcloud is installed + a client on a work computer + on a phone + on a home computer
, everything is synchronized everywhere, which in fact is a backup
