Why doesn't JAVA version change?

I'm trying to change the version of Java
in the folder, there are 2 versions

. Here is the JAVA_HOME

variable in the Path variable, %JAVA_HOME%\bin is written

, but there is an error on java -version

Even earlier in PATH is the path to JRE 8.
