Why doesn't it recognize the file system?

Decided to put myself Monjaro KDE Edition. I tested it on a virtual machine, everything works.
Filled bootable with Ultra ISO, rebooted and crashes like this:
error: unknown filesystem
Enering rescue mode...
grub rescue> _
I wrote that it displays on the screen, because the image could not be loaded.
What to do with it?

Probably crooked or damaged flash drive.
