How to set up l2tp connection (Beeline) in Archlinux?

In general, I'm trying to start mastering Arch. On the VM, the installation and initial setup went pretty smoothly, but when I tried the "real installation" I immediately got a problem: no internet.
Internet Beeline. As I understand it, l2tp.
What and how do I need to do?
