Why doesn't it create a project in vs 12?

Just downloaded another vs 12 (before that I tried 2008 and 2010) and still the same problem. When I create a new project, and select the type, in my case Visaul C ++ MFC, and click on the "OK" button, the project creation window closes, and opens again in a second at the same place. Again I press "OK" - the same picture. And so it is constantly, and not only Visual C ++, but everything else. What to do?

is there an antivirus on your computer? you can try to remove the studio completely and install it again. +update IE
