Hello, there is such a situation, a friend on the computer periodically does not go to the sites mail.ru and yandex.ru - this is what it shows

. It seems that I tried everything, but it does not help. Here is more information about the situation:

• Came from different browsers, all the same.
  
• Reloaded
  
• I cleared the entire history and cache (it helped for 30 minutes, then again the same thing)
  
• Set browser to turbo mode
  
• statically set dns in connection settings
  
• The laptop is connected via cable, and everything is fine from all devices that are connected to the same router via wifi
  
• Launched the " cleaner "
  
• There is a licensed casper on the computer
  
• Turned everything in Casper's network settings to a minimum
  
• Turned off Casper
  

What is also interesting is that when I connect to it via teamviewer, everything works almost normally (this garbage pops up very rarely), but after 30 minutes it becomes the same again.
