How can I disable the connection to Tor in Tor Browser so that it can be used as a normal browser? Previously, this was very simply done through add-ons, now everything has changed there.

A strange wish. If you want to use the browser both through TOR and directly, use a regular browser (FireFox, Chrome like) and the FoxyProxy Standard extension .
