Why doesn't Google Analytics capture clicks from Tag Manager?

Hi
Set up Google Tag Manager for the site. It correctly shows transitions and page views, but I can't get it to show clicks. The problem is that I seem to be setting everything up correctly, clicks occur and this is visible through the console (I use WASP), but clicks do not fall into Analytics.
My click settings in GTM:

Help, otherwise I have already broken my brain

@OlegLazarenko

In GA "Real time - Events" clicks are not fixed?
Are the clicks you track not reloading the page? (link, redirect, etc.)
Did you publish the version in GTM?
What does GTM debug say?
Also, as an option, on the same click, another tag fires earlier, activating an event (another one) in the GA ..
In other words, two tags with two events at one click, don't they?
