How to send transactions to Google Analytics retroactively?

There is a CRM system that captures all user requests and saves Analytix's ClientID for each contact. If the client eventually made an order, then you need to send transaction data to Analytics.
Knowing the clientID, this can be done using the Measurement Protocol, but it does not allow you to set the transaction time ! All transactions are sent with the current time.
I want to write a script in which I will upload a file with all sales once a month, and it, in turn, will send them to Analytics in the form of transactions. We would like the transaction dates to match the sales dates (specified in the file in a separate column), but it is not yet clear how to implement this.
Here is such a task. Is it possible?
