Why doesn't Finder show sync status in cloud services?

After reinstalling to a clean one from Yesemite to El Capitan, Finder stopped showing the file and folder synchronization status. Moreover, if it was only dropbox... But not a single cloud service works correctly. Near the second laptop with the same system and everything works properly. Where to drip?
