Why doesn't ESXi 5.5 want to get up on a computer with an E5700?
I have ordinary computers at work as servers, a couple of them with ESXi, I decided to add one more.
The ASRock G41M-GS3 motherboard theoretically supports virtualization, the Intel Pentium E5700 processor too, but ESXi does not get up and swears at the processor, I looked in the BIOS, the virtual technology item is not active, I can’t understand what the secret is, the BIOS is the latest version 1.3

Hardware list for esxi www.vmware.com/resources/compatibility/search.php
Not in the BIOS:
Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology ‡ No
Intel® Virtualization Technology (VT-x) ‡ Yes
Intel® Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O (VT-d) ‡ No
You yourself answered your own question - esxi swears at the processor. Virtual technology is not active due to incompatibility with your processor.
The problem is either in the motherboard or in the relationship between the motherboard and the CPU, I remembered that I had the first ESXi server just with the E5700
