Why doesn't eslint error highlighting work in atom?

I watched the following video: Video (6 minutes)
I did everything as described in it, but no errors are detected.
Everything works in the console. eslint app.js
But locally in the highlight editor, as in the video, there is none. What could be the problem? How to make this functionality?
