jQuery is not a CMS, it's not even a framework, it's a library to make working with JavaScript easier. The library does not have any admin panel. It can be used in some of the CMS and even in the framework, but it is neither one nor the other.
The path to the admin panels on all CMS is different, as a rule there is a small set of "standard" paths and most often it is found on different sites, but not always. For example /admin or /administrator. It is not uncommon for the owners of their sites to change the standard path to their own or disable access to the admin panel altogether.
