Why doesn't cron run according to local time?

time set in the system

timedatectl
               Local time: Thu 2021-09-16 16:46:47 MSK
           Universal time: Thu 2021-09-16 13:46:47 UTC
                 RTC time: Thu 2021-09-16 13:46:48
                Time zone: Europe/Moscow (MSK, +0300)
System clock synchronized: yes
              NTP service: activ

date
Thu Sep 16 16:48:25 MSK 2021

But tasks from the scheduler start not at local time, but at UTC, that is, three hours late from local time.

Tell me how to fix it?

@kavabangaungava

If the time zone was changed after the launch of the cron, then no one told the cron about it. Restart the cron daemon.
