If you continue installing Debian in UEFI mode, it may be difficult to reboot the machine into any OS in BIOS mode."

In BIOS UEFI Boot: Enable, otherwise it does not see the flash drive
Installation is almost completed, as an error pops up about the inability to install grub.

Either disable UEFI or repartition the drive to GPT and create an EFI partition.

From win7, split C or D into 2 sections so that it is C ^ D ^ F (for example)
On F and install Linux!
