Why doesn't Corefig (Hyper-V 2012R2) start?
Actually, when I try to run Corefig, I see a window with a check before starting, then the minimized powershell window blinks and ... nothing happens.
I tried to manually activate NetFX4 (although it is already activated) - of course it did not help.
How to run it???

In general, I read the documentation carefully and everything worked out.
Download the zip from the git https://github.com/ejsiron/Corefig
Next, go to the properties of the archive file and click the "Unblock" button.
After that, if you run the Start_Corefig.wsf script on the Hypre-V Server, you will see a control menu.
PS tested on Hyper-V Server 2012R2
I downloaded the ZIP archive to a computer with Windows 7.
I went to the Properties of the zip file and clicked Unblock.
Totalom went into the archive and copied all the files to
C:\Windows\CoreFig on Windows Server Core 2019
After that, in RDP we do
cd C:\Windows\CoreFig
cscript Start_Corefig.wsf
