Linux Mint in Hyper-V is very slow. Why?

Made a virtual machine with Mint 19.2 Mate in the hypervisor. Faced with the fact that it is impossible to work on a virtual machine, the graphics are drawn very slowly. The window is drawn for 10 seconds, the cursor moves in jerks and with a delay.
Physical PC: Core i7-8700/ 16GB RAM
Dedicated to VM: 6 cores, 6GB RAM. And still the brakes. Where to dig? Why is the graphics so slow?

Check which driver is used for X and adjust the resolution.
