Why doesn't Bitrix see the component?

I want to customize the standard forum component of the forum message template, forum.message.template. I copy it to a folder

local/templates/%название_шаблона%/components/bitrix/forum/%название_шаблона%/bitrix/

but the standard template is still used from bitrix/components/bitrix/
Tried to rename the template, but to no avail.

Try copying the template to a folder

local/templates/%название_шаблона%/components/bitrix/

without the templates subfolder, i.e. it should turn out like this:

local/templates/%название_шаблона%/components/bitrix/forum.message.template/%шаблон%/

You need to copy the entire folder
local/templates/%template_name%/components/bitrix/forum/%template_name%
