Apache HTTP Server
time_is_always_against_us, 2017-03-16 16:55:10

Why doesn't Apache want to turn on (CentOS)?

The server worked correctly, everything was fine.
The SSL certificate began to be installed here according to this instruction .
When trying to restart Apache began to swear. Rolled back the changes in the httpd.conf file. I re-uploaded the file, but Apache still swears. Screenshot is attached.
The last line says "unable to open logs". I checked the log files:
/var/www/httpd-logs/mydomain.error.log
/var/www/httpd-logs/mydomain.access.log
Everything seems to be in place: permissions - 644, owner/group - apache apache.
Initially, the server was installed through IPSmanager, now the trial is over, so you have to do everything manually.
The feeling that I made a mistake somewhere a long time ago, now it has surfaced and prevents it from starting, and installing the certificate has nothing to do with it. Although, on the other hand, yesterday I completely rebooted the server and Apache did not swear - it started itself correctly without my participation.

Someone hangs on port 443, so don't start,
try httpd restart
If it doesn't help, show netstat -nlp | grep 443
