Why doesn't Alt-Tab work?

Switching languages didn't work. Fixed it with Alt-Shift. Switching windows by Alt-Tab stopped working. How to fix? Where can I reset settings? What is the Super key?

1) In the keyboard settings there are keyboard shortcut settings, you can change it there
2) You can put compizconfig-settings-manager and configure it there - you can also choose which effect will occur on Alt + Tab
3) Super == Win in the Windows system
