Why doesn't Admob pay for ads?

Hello. I recently created an application and added a banner to it. After the publication and the first downloads, I noticed that $ 0.20 was added to the balance (for the whole day), but for about the second day this amount has not increased, despite the fact that ads in the application are actively shown and total views have doubled.

As an option, the position of the banner is unfortunate, people make money by accident and immediately go back. Google knows how to detect such things, it can even cut down ads after a certain threshold.
