Withdrawing money from Admob

Since PayPal disappears when withdrawing from admob, as I understand it, the only way is a bank transfer.
Now the main question: Is it possible to withdraw money to a Visa card. After all, as far as I understand, a visa is only a tool for managing money in the account, or not?

Having climbed the bank's FAQ, I found the details for transferring money to cards ( http://bem.md/ru/useful-information point 5). Is this what Admob wants? Or is it still worth doing a separate bank account?

A visa is really just a card tied to a bank account. If you have a visa, there is also an account. If AdMob allows you to receive money to an account in your country (Russia or the CIS), then you can easily get it to your bank account and then withdraw it from your card. To transfer you to an account from abroad, you also need to know the SWIFT code in your bank.
I don’t know how it is in your country, but for example in Russia / Ukraine / Belarus, if money comes to your account from abroad, then the bank may be very interested in where it comes from (especially if the amount is significant), and at least ask to personally come and justify where they come from, but as a maximum to block the funds and ask for official papers about their origin.
You can solve the problem relatively easily - open an account in another country (Poland, Germany, Belgium, France, etc.), where you do not need to be its citizen to open and do not ask questions, with an Internet bank and a card. You will easily receive money and withdraw it from ATMs in your country. True, this method is not entirely legal, but they can show you something if they catch you by the hand at an ATM, but no one will do this (unless you withdraw millions there).
