Can I keep money in my AdMob account?

Everyone knows that AdMob sends money to the specified account every month, provided that some amount ($20/$100) is reached.
Is there any way to avoid such sending and keep this money in my AdMob account? In particular, if you specify non-existent payment details, will the money return to your AdMob account later or will it sink into the abyss?
