Why doesn't "Add Job" work? in the Microsoft Expression prototype competition?

On the Add work page , I fill in the fields, attach files, click Add, the download goes on for a few seconds, after a break and the message: "Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Unknown error."

Today is the deadline for submitting the work, tell me the coordinates or other ways to submit the work.
