Why doesn't adblock block ads in Yandex?
Why is advertising not blocked in Yandex search (Firefox) - the RuAdList subscription is connected, the checkbox to allow non-intrusive ads is removed?
Update
Disabled all filters (including custom ones), except for RuAdList - still doesn't cut ads.

Most likely you have installed some other plugin with auto-insertion of ads into content.
Or a site in exceptions (in AdBlock-e).
