Why doesn't accept PHP interpreter?

You need to enable a PHP interpreter in the phpStorm settings.
I looked through a lot of articles and video tutorials - people just indicate the path to the folder with php, or to the exe-shnik (but I have ubuntu)
If I just specify the path to the folder with php - phpStorm does not react in any way. If I specify the path to a specific settings file, it says "Failed to parse validation script output"

phpStorm also does not react to the path to the binary ( update : I made a mistake in the path, this was the error):

@HellWalk

Specify the path to the PHP executable. Not to a folder, not to ini, but to a binary.
