How to defeat incomprehensible indentation in phpstorm?

I am working with SASS in phpStorm 9.0.2. Periodically, when switching to a new line, instead of a single indent, the program makes 8 indents instead of one:

Moreover, it is completely random. In 10 selectors you write - normally, on the 11th - 8 indents.
Calculated - exactly 8 indents. In the settings I found a certain "Continuation indent", which was just 8. Changed it to 2 - it did not help.

Maybe someone had such nonsense? Terribly annoying and distracting. Moreover, if suddenly 8 indents began to work on a new selector, they will work on each property in this selector until you create a new selector.
