Why does yarn behave like this?

Any use of yarn, including checking the version of yarn -v in the bash terminal, there are many empty lines, when running yarn, there are also many spaces and empty lines. Tried reinstalling everything to new versions of Git, Yarn, Node.js and still the same problem. This problem is only on a working computer that I received a couple of weeks ago and after installing all the programs I can’t solve this problem in any way
. Maybe someone has come across such a problem and knows how to solve it?
