Yarn not working, why?

Even if you update yarn (not to mention installing additional modules), here is the error it gives:

error An unexpected error occurred: "EACCES: permission denied, unlink '/Applications/MAMP/htdocs/InTravel/node_modules/.bin/gulp'".

Am I installing gulp incorrectly? what is the problem?

Obviously a problem with gulp. He lacks access rights.
