How to make one node_modules folder for all projects?

There are many projects that are galloped, each project folder has its own node_modules. How to make this folder the same for all projects, and would not have to do yarn (npm) install every time.
PS All this is local, the collector config is the same

no way, if you do this - it will not be obvious and sooner or later an error will occur.
for each project, you need to build your own node-modules folder.
