Such a problem dear .... For more than a year we have been working with Yandex. Mail to which the domain is attached, so to speak, corporate mail with disks ... 15 mailboxes, one shared disk ... But in the last month we encountered a problem, everyone Yandex.Mail is terribly slow (although everyone is sitting in their mailboxes) and each action has to wait a very long time, sometimes up to 2 minutes, just opening an unread letter ... horror ..... Check the ping to yandex.ru, if there is a delay, then it is either from the Internet provider or from the client.
