Can you tell me a service that allows you to send simple emails using the API?

Hello.
The hosting provider of one of the clients does not allow the mail function to be used (phpMailer is also not initialized).
I decided to use some external service for sending emails using the API
But here's the thing - mailjet gives 200 free emails a day, sendgrid - 100 free emails.
Two questions:
1) Maybe someone knows a service that allows you to send more letters for free?
2) Can you go the other way? For example, zayuzat smtp somehow or something else.
3) How adequate is the use case of the ifttt option (blind a chain - if so, then send a letter via gmail )
Thank you all for your attention and replies.

you checkers or go? any self-respecting service will take money from you. If you don't set up sending emails correctly (and there's a lot of fun there) - emails will go to spam

Cheap VDS on hosting, install some kind of Exim with authorization and send letters through it.

You can try sending via https://ApiX-Drive.com/ru/gmail , this is essentially an analogue of IFTTT.
