Why does Winrar ask you to overwrite files when unpacking?

Hello. This is not the first time I notice that when unpacking large archives, Winrar for some reason finds duplicate files and asks to overwrite them .. and neither the size nor the date matches. And so several times. Maybe 3-4 times with the same file. This is only on large archives with a large number of files (site backups).
