How can I archive Tasks (NOT PROJECTS) in Redmine, for example once a year?

Good afternoon.
Tell me, please, is there any system for archiving redmine tasks? Or, for example, how can it be correctly built? The situation is this: There are many projects, about 150. They now have a total of 8000 tasks, 1500 users, a bunch of groups and connections (this is for six months, not global scale, but still) Every day the mysql database grows, backups, respectively, too, requests are taking more and more time to load, this has already become noticeable to users. I would like to see something like this: once a year, for example, you can write off old closed tasks to the archive, which will also have a breakdown by projects and years. A kind of transition to the New Accounting Year (to combine with the calendar). Are there any ready-made tools for implementing this or do you need to develop a solution for this. Unfortunately, the search turned up nothing.

I have a slightly smaller number of tasks, but the database weighs either 10 mb, or 100 mb, i.e. insignificant. Check if you have files from tasks in the database? Or user avatars, or something like that.
