After reinstalling windows 7 x64, I noticed such garbage that programs are not run as administrator. Although the user is an administrator

Before reinstallation, all actions were immediately performed with administrator rights. (I didn’t have to poke run as administrator in the context
menu.) How can I make all actions run as administrator again?

Because UAC works.
