How to properly install Windows on an external SSD?

Please tell me where to find a good, working, detailed guide on installing Windows (7,8,10) on an external SSD (HDD), so that you can connect it with a SATA-> USB 3.0 adapter (regular case) to a Macbook, and boot from " external" operating system (via pressing alt when booting Macbook)?
In other words, make the Macbook boot from an external drive.

В случае с Мак ОС самое правильное будет подключить диск к системе и установить ОС при помощи BootCamp прямо из под Мак ОС. При установке диск будет виден, ОС всё сделает сама.
