Why does Windows 10 see two wi-fi networks on my router?

Actually, everything is visible in the picture. I can connect to both networks without entering a password. They differ only in that the second has the number "2" at the end of the name. The smartphone does not see the second network.

The router supports two standards.
The smartphone most likely does not work in 5G, so it only sees 2.4 mhz wifi.

Disconnect from the internet. Run command line. In it, execute
Code:
netsh wlan show profile
A list of network profiles will be displayed. Remember the network profile that you want to delete and execute in the command line
Code:
netsh wlan delete profile name="Name of the Profile to be deleted"

But what if this happens with the TD-W8950N router, which only works at 2.4 GHz?
