Why does Windows 10 freeze?

Everything was great, it worked perfectly. I decided to put a fresh W10.
At first there were no problems, but after a couple of hours the system twitched. Only once.
A few hours later, she twitched again. EVERYTHING just freezes for a second, the sound rattles at this time.
Before that, there was W7 and of course this was not. Hangs up no matter what I'm doing. The system is on an SSD, so I'm a little confused.

1. swap memory strips
2. check hardware conflicts and resolve them, update drivers
if it doesn’t help
3. turn everything off and turn it on one at a time, see what will affect
4. if it’s buggy with everything turned off, then google mother and percent for glitch
