Is it possible to make it so that when you press alt in the sublime, the focus on the menu is not rearranged?

By default, this cannot be done. This is to prevent the user from shooting themselves in the foot by accidentally disabling the menu without being able to re-enable it later.
It is solved by remapping buttons in any program designed for this. For example, swap the right and left altos.
