Why does Win7 duplicate connections? How to ban?

Hello!
Tell me where to dig? after each reboot, vinous creates a new connection "<Network name> <##>" (already "jet 13") and marks it as Unidentified network. You have to manually make it at home.
I don't understand why this is happening.
Thanks in advance for your replies)

@werber

Have you tried starting in safe mode? I can be confused, but perhaps in this mode you can see network connections. So check if a pseudo network appears in the trimmed safe mode or not. In addition, if I were you, I would look at autoloading programs and services through Anvir.
