Why does Win 10 load the system until you call the Task Manager?

Hi,
I noticed that in Chrome it starts to “slow down” (as if it doesn’t always work) scrolling with the mouse. As soon as I call the Task Manager, everything immediately becomes OK. Naturally, no crime is visible in the processes.
I turned off everything that was possible in the “Parameters” (reports, privacy, etc.) from what can do something in the background. Checked Cureit, Kaspersky Virus Removal, and something else. No threats were found.
Actually, maybe I don’t know something about Win10 and this is normal behavior - is it doing something in the background? But I still would like to decide for myself how to use my PC, if someone tells me, of course, where to dig.
Win10 Pro, Ryzen 5 2400g, 16Gb, 1060 6Gb, SSD

Check if you have a miner running in Chrome.

Win10 switches priority to the process whose window is in the foreground. The task manager has a high priority, so it will get more processor time, and even more so in the foreground.
You can check this using an archiver, for example
, Chrome also has its own task manager, in which you can see which tab or extension loads the system the most. You can also use the system task manager to kill the snickering process, but there will only be a pack of faceless chrome.exe.
