Why does vlc lose sound after a broken section in a video?

So there is the next problem.
There is a series (devon ke dev mahadev) of Indian production with subs.
Whether it is badly torn from disks, or it was downloaded badly (at first I tried to pump it over - that's not the point), but when viewing it from both mastday and debian, the picture periodically stops and sound (in certain places for several seconds of the zone). In Windows, vlc goes crazy after such a zone, and the sound does not reproduce at all. It only helps to restart vlc and fast forward, outside this zone already, or use MPC, it comes to life after rewind, unlike vlc.
After "returning" from Windows to Debian-stable, for some time I enjoyed the fact that vlc in wheezy drives through these places like a tractor, and then it works fine, no need to break into the computer and rewind with your hands. But after updating to jessie - vlc behaves exactly the same as in Windows
. As an example, 288 series from 52 seconds, goo.gl/Ps3Z0M
In smplayer, after such a "zone", the sound is out of sync. How to be, not to roll back vlc?

@Albibek

Try converting the video to another format, preferably one that skips errors using vlc, ffmpeg/avconv or mplayer. You will not return the image, but it should stop falling.
