How to convert ip address in local network to domain?

Previously, I already asked a question about installing cms on a local PC. With this, everything worked out. Now the question is how to convert ip for example 10.2.1.233 to the domain name of the site. When network users visit this address, they see wp installed, but how can they access this site using local.test.ml without affecting the hosts file. Apache virtual hosts are registered, Apache listens on 10.2.1.233:80

I answered in the last question: for this subdomain, register an A-record to the desired address.
