Why does Visio crash when using GeForce?

Faced such an incomprehensible misfortune:
I have a monoblock with a discrete dzheforsina. I reinstalled Windows (Win10 x64 Corp.), installed all the updates and drivers, namely the latest NVIDIA GeForce GT 530 driver. After that, I made office + visio (all 2016).
All used programs are licensed, all updates are installed.
Previously, everything worked, but now Visio and Access immediately crash on startup with a message about the termination of work.
I started digging, found out that if the preferred graphics processor is set in the NVIDIA properties - a high-performance NVIDIA processor, then applications crash, but if you put the CPU or Auto-select, then everything opens and works with a bang.
What could be causing this glitch? Has anyone experienced something similar?
