Why does virtualbox lag with windows 7.10?

In general, a PC with such a config:
i5 10400, 32 gb ram and rtx 2060 (win10)

I allocate 8 GB of RAM for the virtual machine, all video, 8 processor cores and still 7 and 10 lag. Banal explorer opens with a hang.

What to do, where to look?

the main system is clean, just delivered.

if the virtual machine disk is located on the hdd, then win10 may not have enough disk speed
