Export virtualbox?

In general, there is Windows xp, they set up an oracle on it and exported it to a network drive in * .ova, then on another computer they imported this * .ova and launched it, I had to change the IP address and the name of the computer. Immediately, they decided to delete the database. As a result, the database disappeared on the first computer. What is the reason?
