Why does UEFI see hard drives, but does not allow them to be placed in the boot priority queue?
The picture shows that in the Boot Priority there is only a DVD drive and HDD, and if you press F8 (Boot Menu), it will display all available drives connected via SATA
The operating system is installed on only one of them, which is P1

I will assume that some kind of boot protection from a trusted device is enabled.
