Why does UEFI see hard drives, but does not allow them to be placed in the boot priority queue?

The picture shows that in the Boot Priority there is only a DVD drive and HDD, and if you press F8 (Boot Menu), it will display all available drives connected via SATA

So go to human mode (F7) and change the priority
there or you can drag it from below with the mouse
